The Pipe Conveyor’s feeding and discharge points are comparable to a conventional Trough Conveyor, but in between those sections, your materials will be transported inside an enclosed, round shape of the belt. This protects them from the environment, may it be humidity, wind, rain, ice or snow, but also protects the environment from them as no emissions like dust or smell vexation will escape the pipe. Since the construction of the Pipe Conveyor allows for the transportation of two different materials at the same time, one in the upper and one in the lower strand, it can speed up production significantly.

The additional protection allows for the Pipe Conveyor to be used for long ways, even in harsh environmental conditions. Customers who want to efficiently transport high capacities of bulk materials like coals, ores, fertilizers, and many more, through challenging terrain can profit off those by a lot while also acting in an economic way. As tight curves and steep inclination angles are possible, the Pipe Conveyor can be used in areas where traditional Through Conveyors and trucks reach their limit.
